Release date:

Description:
Immunotherapy has garnered remarkable success in the treatment of cervical cancer patients. To further augment its effectiveness, it is crucial to elucidate the tumor microenvironment altered by this therapeutic approach. In this project, we gathered spatial transcriptomes data from cervical cancer patients following the administration of neoadjuvant immunotherapy. Our aim is to dissect the intricate cell subsets and the consequential microenvironmental shifts that are pivotal in determining the outcomes of immunotherapy.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
This DAC (Data Access Committee) is affiliated with the Gynecology Department of Shanghai East Hospital, under the supervision of Prof. Li Fang's team.
