RNA-seq analysis in SW480 cells was performed to identify transcriptomic changes following LBX2 knockdown. ChIP-seq analysis was conducted to determine the genomic regions bound by LBX2.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The Jinhua Central Hospital DAC is responsible for managing data access to [ e.g., RNA-Seq sequencing data from colorectal cancer cell lines] in accordance with the data use limitations specified in the informed consent agreements and the data access policies.
