RNA-seq analysis in SW480 cells was performed to identify transcriptomic changes following LBX2 knockdown. ChIP-seq analysis was conducted to determine the genomic regions bound by LBX2.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
