Long-read transcriptome sequencing reveals isoform signatures in preeclamptic placentas,
Release date:
2026-01-22
Description:
The integration of long-read sequencing, RNA sequencing, and epigenomic data enables a comprehensive characterization of the placental transcriptome, thereby revealing novel insights into the dysregulation of transcript levels in preeclampsia.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
Placental dysfunction is the fundamental cause of preeclampsia. A comprehensive investigation into the composition and differences of preeclamptic placental cell subpopulations is crucial for understanding the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. This study aims to deeply analyze the molecular regulatory mechanisms of placental cells associated with preeclampsia through single-cell transcriptome sequencing of the placenta.
