Description:
Placental dysfunction is the fundamental cause of preeclampsia. A comprehensive investigation into the composition and differences of preeclamptic placental cell subpopulations is crucial for understanding the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. This study aims to deeply analyze the molecular regulatory mechanisms of placental cells associated with preeclampsia through single-cell transcriptome sequencing of the placenta.
