Tumor-Resident Intracellular Microbiota is Associated with Tumor Development and Immune-microenvironment in Papillary Thyroid Cancer
Release date:
2025-11-23
Description:
In this study, we applied single-cell RNA sequencing combined with high-sensitivity 16S rRNA sequencing (scRNA-seq + HS-16S) to depict landscape of intracellular bacteria in thyroid cancer. Compare the differences in the microbiome between cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. To explore the correlation between thyroid cancer microbiota and tumor immunity, tumor heterogeneity, tumor clinical indicators and treatment. Explore potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets for thyroid cancer.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
