This dataset contains CUT&Tag profiling generated from HEK293T cells expressing ZCWPW2-Flag to investigate the chromatin-binding features of ZCWPW2. The project aims to uncover the molecular mechanism by which the ZCWPW1/ZCWPW2 complex regulates meiotic recombination and contributes to human infertility.
