Brain metastasis (BrM) is a common and life-threatening complication of solid tumors, and effective treatment is often limited by marked inter-tumor heterogeneity and a highly immunosuppressive brain microenvironment. To address this, we performed molecular subtyping of pan-cancer BrMs and applied 10x Visium spatial transcriptomics to profile subtype-specific transcriptional programs, tumor microenvironment (TME) composition, and their spatial organization. By integrating spatial profiles from BrMs and matched primary tumors, we aim to delineate conserved and subtype-dependent mechanisms of brain colonization and immune evasion, and to provide a spatially informed framework for prognosis stratification and targeted therapeutic development.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
