This dataset contains gut metagenomic sequencing data from children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), collected before and after an intervention with Limosilactobacillus reuteri LR-99. The data aims to characterize the modulatory effects of this probiotic on the gut microbiota.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving data access requests for the human genomic dataset submitted under project ID subHRA024155. All decisions are made in accordance with institutional policies, national research ethics terms, and participant consent agreements to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data.
