Description: fresh whole blood samples of the ethnic minorities, including zhuang, miao, southern and northern han, Mongolian, Tibetan etc. According to age, disease, bad habits, BMI and other factors affecting methylation level were strictly screened.Whole genomic DNA was extracted by standard procedure, and library sequencing was established after ultrasonic treatment.
