Description: In this work, we developed a novel levogyration spirooxindole based polyethylene glycol modification MDM2-p53 inhibitor XR-2. RNA-sequencing assay was performed to evaluate genes expression status under XR-2, enzalutamide and both compounds combined treatment in prostate cancer LNCaP cells. Here, these data is about the RNA-sequencing results.
