Single-stranded and double-stranded genomic libraries were prepared and treated with uracil-DNA-glycosylase (UDG) from E. coli and endonuclease (Endo VIII) ("SS UDG and DS UDG") to remove deaminated cytosine residue. Libraries were amplified using AccuPrimePfx DNA polymerase with 35 cycles of amplification. |
