Description Libraries were generated by single-stranded (SS) protocol. We identified and retained the cytosine-deaminated terminal sequences seen in typical aDNA and constructed a uracil-DNA glycosylase ("UDG") treated double-stranded (denoted as "SS") library. The in-solution capture was accomplished by overlapping probes with DNA fragments and enriching the resulting libraries. The probes were synthesized based on the human mitochondrial genome.
