| Description | Human T cells were isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy donors, activated with CD3/CD28 beads, and then transduced with a CD19 CAR construct. Five days later, the CAR T cells were treated with 0.1nM Bortezomib for 48 hours. Subsequently, CD19 CAR live cells were sorted and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). |
