Total RNA of strain G4T10 and SE38 was extracted by means of Trizol method. For ribosomal RNAs deletion, epicentreâs Ribo-Zero⢠rRNA Removal Kits (Gram-Negative Bacteria) was used following the manufacturerâs instructions. We constructed strand-specific cDNA libraries (two biological replicates for each strain) with KAPA Stranded mRNA-Seq Kit Illumina® platform(KAPA BIOSYSTEMS, dUTP Based) according to the manufacturerâs instructions. Paired-end libraries with insert sizes of 300-400 bp, for strain G4T10 and SE38 were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq2000 with a sequencing read length of 101 bp. |
