Total RNA of each sample was extracted using an RNeasy plant Mini Kit (Qiagen) and treated with DNase I. The quality of the total RNA was assessed using a NanoDrop spectrophotometer and an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. For each sample, 3 ?g of total RNA was used to construct the Illumina sequencing libraries according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The libraries were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. |
