Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected from COVID-19 patients and healthy controls (HCs), then the single-cell suspensions of scRNA-seq samples were converted to barcoded scRNA-seq libraries using the Chromium Single Cell 5' Library, Gel Bead and Multiplex Kit, and Chip Kit (10X Genomics).
