Total RNA is isolated from sputum samples, and then the SARS-CoV-19 genome is amplified with 98 pairs of primers. The amplified products are used for Nanopore sequencing with according to the library construction protocol (EXP-FLP002-XL, Flow Cell Priming Kit XL, YILIMART, China). |
