DNA was extracted from the leaves using DNeasy Plant Mini Kit (QIAGEN). After crosslinking, the samples were used for quality, biotinylated DNA fragments were enriched and sheared to a fragment size of 100-500 bp by sonication. After A-tailing, pulldown, and adapter ligation, the Hi-C library was sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with PE150 module. |
