Total genomic DNAs were extracted from young leaves with Plant Genomic DNA Kits (Tiangen, Beijing) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. At least 10 μg of genomic DNA from each accession was used to construct a sequencing library. Paired-end sequencing libraries with an insert size of approximately 350 bp were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 System using the Whole-genome resequencing (WGRS) approach, generating 150-bp paired-end reads at the facilities of Biomarker Technologies Co. Ltd, Beijing, China. A bar-coded approach was used for multiple sequencing of the DNA samples with ~10.0× genome coverage for each accession. |
