The ChIP experiment was performed as described (Chen et al., 2013). About 2 g of 12-day-old of seedling leaves was cross-linked in 1% formaldehyde under vacuum. Chromatin was extracted and fragmented to 200-500 bp by sonication, and ChIP was performed using the following antibodies: anti-H3K36me3 (ab9050). DNA from ChIP was used to construct sequencing libraries following the protocol provided by Illumina TruSeq® ChIP Sample Prep Set A. The library construction and sequencing were completed at Novogene (Tianjin,China), and the library products were sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq platform. ChIP-Seq GENOMIC RANDOM PCR PAIRED
