Takara MiniBEST Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Kit Ver.5.0 was used to extract the total DNA from soil samples following the manufacturer’s instruction. Extracted DNA samples were sent for high throughput sequencing. Nine libraries of 400bp insert-size fragments were constructed by whole-genome shotgun strategy, and paired-end (PE, 2 × 158bp) sequencing was carried out on a Illumina Hiseq X platform |
