mouse E14.5 embryos were embedded in tissue-Tek (OCT) and snap-frozen using dry ice slurry. Then, to enable spatial gene analyses, the embryos were crysectioned at 10 um thickness and patial transcriptomics slides were printed with four identical 6.5x6.5 mm capture areas. The optimized permeabilization treatment times were identified as 20 mins for selected four slices. |
