The nucleus of 30-50 GV oocytes was extracted by Piezo-actuated micropipette, and incubated in lysis buffer containging Tn5. Purified DNA was amplified for 20-32 cycles. Finally, library amplification cleanup was performed using Ampure XP beads. |
