Total RNA was extracted from each sample using TRIzol Reagent (Life Technologies, 378 USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The concentration of each sample was 379 measured by a NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer (Thermo Scientific, USA), and the 380 quality was assessed by the Agilent 2200 TapeStation system (Agilent, USA). A 381 sequencing library for each RNA sample was prepared using the Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit 382 v4 according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Life Technologies) |
