In vitro cultured murine undifferentiated permatogonia were induced by 100 µm retinoic acid for 36 hours to differentiate into Kit+ differentiating spermatogonia (>80%). Duplicates from undifferetniated and differentiating spermatognia were prepared for total RNA extraction which were then processed for RNA-seq. |
