Genomic DNA was extracted using a FastDNA SPIN Kit for soil and plastic (MP Biomedicals, Santa Ana, CA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. The extracted DNA was dissolved in TE buffer (100 μL for soil and 80 μL for plastic). Then the DNA samples were submitted for sequencing using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform (Novo gene, Beijing, China) |
