A 2-g quantity of 10-day-old Arabidopsis seedlings was ground into powder and cross-linked with 1% formaldehyde (Sigma, F8775) in 15 ml of lysis buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 20 mM KCl, 2 mM EDTA, pH 8.0, 2.5 mM MgCl2, 25% glycerol, 250 mM sucrose, 5 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF, and Roche protease inhibitor cocktail) for 20 min at 4 °C. libraries were prepared for ChIP-seq ChIP-Seq GENOMIC ChIP PAIRED
