Genomic DNA was extracted using a Animal Genomic DNA Kit (Beijing TsingKe Biotech Co., Ltd., Beijing, China) in accordance with the manufacturer’s protocol and quantified using a NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA). The DNA was broken into fragments with an average length of 300 bp to construct the library. The library was then sequenced using the HiSeq sequencing platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA), and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated. |
