The genomic DNA of intestinal samples was extracted by Omega Bacterial DNA Kit (D3350-01).338F (5’-ACTCCTACGGGAGGCAGCAG-3’) and 806R (5’-GGACTACH VGGGTWTCTAAT-3’) were used for PCR amplification of v3-v4 variable region of 16S rRNA gene, and NEXTFLEX Rapid DNA-Seq Kit was used for database construction. |
