Genomic DNA was extracted from the Sputum patients' lower respiratory tracts using a magnetic bead extraction kit (MGIEasy, 1000006988), sheared to approximately 300-500 bp using a Enzyme digestion Kit(MGIEasy, V2.0). Then the libraries were constructed through end-repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation and bisulfate-converted using a MGIEasy Digesting DNA Library Preparation Kit (MGIEasy, V2.0). |
