total genomic DNA was extracted using the bacterial DNA extraction kits (Tiangen, China) as manufacturer’s instructions. Extracted DNA was quantified by NanoDrop ND-2000 spetrophotometer (Thermo scientific, Waltham, USA) and then visualized on 1.0% agarose gels for quality and integrity verification, DNA extracts were stored at -20°C until further analysis were performed. For each extract, a fragment of 16S rRNA V3-V4 region was amplified using primer pairs of 338F and 806R. The processed PCR products were used for paired-end sequencing. High-throughput sequencing was performed using an Illumina Novaseq platform. |
