The high-molecular-weight DNA was extracted from in vitro seedlings based on the Oxford Nanopore's ''1D gDNA selection for long reads'' protocol. The library was constructed using LSK108 kit and sequenced using 9 R9.4 flow cells on the Nanopore PromethION sequencer. The base calling was perfromed using Guppy. |
