To extract polysomes, tissue samples (5 g) were pulverized and dissolved in polysome extraction buffer. Ribosome-protected fragments were extracted from the samples using a miRNeasy RNA isolation kit (Qiagen) following the manufacturer’s instructions. After removing rRNAs, the remaining RNAs were used to construct libraries, which were sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeqHiSeq 6000 platform. |
