The library for Hi-C sequencing was created from young leaves crosslinked with the MboI restriction enzyme, the Hi-C libraries were amplified using 12-14 cycles of PCR and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq platform. An Illumina HiSeq instrument with 2151-bp reads was used to create the sequencing interaction pattern. |
