A Hi-C sample library was constructed for M. atropurpurea as follows. Briefly, the tissue cells and DNA were fixed and digested using formaldehydeand restriction endonuclease Hind III, respectively. The 5’ overhang of the fragments was repaired and labeled, and then ligated in a small volume. The ligated DNA was purified and sheared to a length of 300-700 bp. |
