DNA was extracted from the Scutellaria baicalensis using CTAB method. The DNA was sheared and fragments with sizes of 200 ~ 300 bp were retrieved from agarose gels. The fragments were ligated to adaptors and were selected for DNA amplification for templates. The library was then sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2000. WGS GENOMIC PCR PAIRED
