A NanoDrop ND-1000 spectrophotometer (NanoDrop Technologies, Rockland, DE, USA) and a Bioanalyzer 2100 system (Agilent Technologies, CA, USA) were used to test the quantity and integrity of RNA samples. Qualified RNA samples were then used to construct cDNA libraries. Technical service was provided by Biomarker Technologies Co, Ltd. (Beijing, China) via an Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform (San Diego, CA, USA). |
