Total RNA for transcriptome sequencing was extracted from different fresh organs of L. barbarum, including root, stem, leaf, flower and fruits with different colors. High quality RNA was prepared for RNA library. We added Ribo-off rRNA depletion module during RNA library construction to capture RNA especially noncoding RNA. |
