The total RNA from each sample was extracted with a FastPure Plant Total RNA Isolation Kit (Vazyme, Nanjing, China), and RNA integrity was confirmed by 1.5% agarose gel electrophoresis.The raw data contained reads of low quality, reads with adaptor sequences and reads with high levels of N bases. Those reads were filtered by the DNBSEQ Sequencing Platform before the data analysis to ensure the reliability of the results. |
