RIP library was constructed with EZ-Magna Nuclear RIP™ (Cross-Linked) Nuclear RNA-Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation KitMillipore Kit (Millipore), using antibodies of Klf4 (R&D) and FLAG(Sigma). Libraries were then constructed and indexed with NEBNext® Ultra™ Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® (NEB). The size and concentration of library was examined with the DNA bioanalyzer. |
