In order to discover the DEGs on mRNA level in Rice Seeds (3DAPs) under 2021 field condition; construction of the NAC TFs regulated network.
The total RNA are extracted from seeds (3DAP) in Nac mutants vs WT,and reverse-transferred into cDNA, then through amplification by PCR ,and constructed a library with 300 bp±50bp cDNA fragments. The library would be sequenced by illumina Novaseq™ 6000. |
