Genomic DNA was extracted following MagaBio Feces Genomic DNA Purification Kit. Only samples with bright main strip between 290 and 310 bp could be used for further experiments. Sequencing libraries were constructed using NEBNext® Ultra™ II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® (New England Biolabs, MA, USA). Finally, the library was sequenced on an Illumina Nova6000 platform and 250 bp paired-end reads were produced. |
