Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) was performed to detect resistant genes and virulence factors in hypervirulent A. nosocialis isolates. Approximately 10 μg DNA for each strain was used to construct two Illumina paired-end libraries with average insertion lengths of 500 base pairs (bp) and 2002 bp. Libraries were sequenced using the Illumina GA IIx platform |
