Total genomic DNA was extracted using DNA Extraction Kit following the manufacturer’s instructions. The concentration of DNA was verified with NanoDrop and agarose gel. The genome DNA was used as the template for PCR amplification with the barcoded primers and Tks Gflex DNA Polymerase (Takara). |
