Mixed samples from six healthy tissues (root, young leaf, mature leaf, flower bud, mature flower, fruit) were collected for RNA extraction using TRIzol Universal Reagent. cDNA products were amplified by KAPA HiFi PCR Kits, followed by purification using the SMRTbell template prep kit. Libraries were sequenced on the PacBio Sequel platform. |
