The liver tissue were used for the ncRNA-Seq experiment. Total RNA was extracted from the liver using Trizol and reverse-transcribed into cDNA. The single-stranded PCR products were sequenced using high-intensity DNA nanochip technique and sequenced through combinatorial Probe-Anchor Synthesis (cPAS). |
