This project designs and constructs three-dimensional oriented nerve grafts based on cell matrix to bridge and repair the 10 mm defect of rat sciatic nerve. The project is divided into sham group, hBMSC-ACM group and autograft group. The bridging segment of the sciatic nerve is taken for transcriptome of gene expression. |
