Partial hepatectomy (PHx) was performed on wild-type or Cx3cr1 knockout mice. At 0 h, 6 h and 48 h after PHx, liver samples were collected and snap frozen in liquid nitrogen. RNA in liver tissue was harvested using Trizol following manufacturer's protocol. 26μg of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina Kit following manufacture's protocols. |
