Total DNA was extracted from fecal samples using semi-automated DNeasy PowerSoil HTP 96 Kit according to manufacturer’s instructions. The purified DNAs were quality-checked by 1% agarose gel, and DNA concentration and purity were determined with NanoDrop 2000 UV-vis spectrophotometer. ITS1 hypervariable region was amplified with primer pairs ITS1F (5’- CTTGGTCATTTAGAGGAAGTAA-3’) and ITS2R (5’-GCTGCGTTCTTCATCGATGC-3’) |
