Peanut seeds of individuals in SB and RB inoculated with A. flavus were collected after 1 (1DAI), 3 (3DAI) and 7 days (DAI). Total RNA of each sample was extracted using Rneasy Plant Mini kit (QIAGEN). Each RNA sample was pooled in SB and RB with the same amount. The libraries were constructed and sequenced on a Hiseq 4000 (Illumina) platform to produce paired-end reads with length of each 166 bp. |
