Fresh young leaf tissue was collected and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, and high-quality DNA was isolated from fresh young leaves using the CTAB method and assessed with the NanoDrop One spectrophotometer (NanoDrop Technologies, Wilmington, DE)). The DNA quantity was measured with a Qubit 3.0 Fluorometer (Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA). For HiC sequencing, genomic DNA was deep sequenced using Illumina HiSeq X Ten platforms in 150-bp PE mode according to the standard Illumina (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) protocols |
